NH CIBOR holds two Marketing Sessions each month. The Seacoast Marketing Session is held the 3rd Friday of the month at One New Hampshire Drive, Portsmouth, NH in their third floor conference room. One New Hampshire Drive is located within the Pease Tradeport Authority. The Moderator is Mr. David Choate of Grubb & Ellis Coldstream Real Estate (603-433-7100). The meeting starts at 8:30 AM and ends at 9:45 AM.

The Statewide Marketing Session is held on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 9 AM to 10:15 AM. The Statewide Session is held in various locations between Concord, Manchester and Bedford, NH. The Moderator is Mr. John R. DiNapoli of the NH Business Resource Center (603-271-2591 X 114). John was the NH CIBOR President in 2005.

These sessions are a tremendous way for Member and Non-Members (you don't need to be a member to attend) to network and find out what's available in the market. Each real estate broker/agent Member gets to talk about 'cash buyers', 'listings', 'haves and wants'. Affiliates get a chance to talk about their latest products and services. Typically you're allowed 20 to 30-seconds to talk. This is done so that each attendee gets multiple times to talk about their products and services. There is no cost to attend either session.

If you've never been to a Marketing Session we encourage you to attend one soon. The experience is tremendous. Over the past ten-years, millions of dollars of transactions have happened from these meetings. What are you waiting for?
